The County of Essex is requesting information from interested parties to enter into an agreement with the County to provide Housing with Support services to vulnerable adults with complex needs. The location of the Housing with Supports Facility must be located within the County of Essex. To ensure receipt of the latest information and updates via email regarding this bid, or if a Proponent has obtained this Proposal Document via email or from a third party, the onus is on the Proponent to create a Bidding System Vendor account and register as a Plan Taker for the bid opportunity at https://countyofessex.bidsandtenders.ca. Note - those agencies who require a one-time subscription to Bids and Tenders in order to submit a proposal, will be reimbursed by the County of Essex, upon request. |
