This Request for Tender, RFT IPS 2025-0122DB (the “RFT”), is an invitation from the County of Essex (the “County”) on behalf of its Infrastructure Planning Services Department (“IPS”) to Proponents to prepare and submit competitive offers for the provision of County Road 42 Reconstruction and Diversion of County Road 43 Phase 3 and 4 – County Road 42 from County Road 43 to County Road 19 (the "Services”) on County Road 42 from approximately 70m east of County Road 43 to 200m east of County Road 19 (the “Project”) |
