This is an invitation from the County of Essex on behalf of Bell Canada, Cogeco Connexion and MNSi Telecom (the “Utility Companies”) to Proponents to prepare and submit competitive offers for the provision of contracting a joint use trench for the relocation of the existing underground infrastructure and installation of new infrastructure for the Utility Companies
