The Corporation of the County of Essex (the “County”) is seeking proposals to prepare a new Transportation Master Plan (TMP). The TMP will establish a vision for the movement of people and goods safely and efficiently within Essex County, and will articulate new goals and policies that will serve as a road map for the County to responsibly manage the road network, considering current needs, growth and change, over the next 30 years. |
