The County of Essex is seeking professional consulting services from a firm with experience in municipal governance to conduct extensive consultations and research to create the County’s first-ever Strategic Plan. The Strategic plan will set out short-term and long-term goals for the County of Essex. It will include strategies for achieving these goals and mechanisms to measure their progress. The Strategic Plan will articulate an overarching vision to help guide administrators and the decision-makers on County Council. |
