This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation from The Corporation of the County of Essex (the “County”), on behalf of Infrastructure & Planning Services Department to prospective Proponents to prepare and submit a competitive Proposal for the provision of Professional Services to develop a Feasibility Study for Road Improvements on County Road 50 between 690 Heritage Road (Gosfield South Sewage Plant) and Lake Drive.
